{"id":6369,"date":"2016-01-10T22:36:01","date_gmt":"2016-01-10T16:36:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/?p=6369"},"modified":"2023-05-15T15:38:49","modified_gmt":"2023-05-15T20:38:49","slug":"romans-part-68","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/religiousmind.net\/?p=6369","title":{"rendered":"Romans, Part 68"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This will conclude my consideration of <em>Rejoice in hope, endure in suffering, persist in prayer<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a> as a description of love rather than as rules to obey.\u00a0 I\u2019ll continue with the aftermath of the war between Israel and Benjamin.<\/p>\n<p><em>So the people came to Bethel and sat there before God<\/em> (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_\u02bc\u0115l\u00f4h\u0131\u0302ym\">\u02bc\u0115l\u00f4h\u0131\u0302ym<\/a><\/em>, \u05d4\u05d0\u05dc\u05d4\u05d9\u05dd) <em>until evening, weeping loudly and uncontrollably<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 They had a foretaste of eternal life, not <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Preacher_and_the_Slave\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pie in the sky<\/a> by and by nor tears without end but an amazing opportunity to <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/John+17:3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">know<\/a> <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/em> intimately.\u00a0 The brotherhood had joined together to purge evil from Israel.\u00a0 The Benjaminites joined together to withstand them.\u00a0 The brotherhood prevailed, then they mourned the loss of so many of their brother Benjaminites.<\/p>\n<p><em>They said, \u201cWhy, O Lord<\/em> (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_yeh\u00f4v\u00e2h\">y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/a><\/em>, \u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4) <em>God <\/em>(<em>\u02bc\u0115l\u00f4h\u0131\u0302ym<\/em>, \u05d0\u05dc\u05d4\u05d9) <em>of Israel, has this happened in Israel?\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 They <em>regretted <\/em>(<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_n\u00e2cham\">n\u00e2cham<\/a><\/em>, \u05d5\u05d9\u05e0\u05d7\u05de\u05d5) <em>what had happened to their brother Benjamin<\/em>. They acknowledged their part in it, saying, <em>Today we cut off an entire tribe from Israel!<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 The text acknowledged <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h\u2019s<\/em> complicity: <em>And the people grieved<\/em> (<em>n\u00e2cham<\/em>, \u05e0\u05d7\u05dd) <em>for Benjamin, because the\u00a0Lord\u00a0<\/em>(<em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h, <\/em>\u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4) <em>had made a void in the tribes of Israel<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 But they missed their moment to know Him.\u00a0 I know this because Phinehas didn\u2019t preach on the text: <em>Then the Lord <\/em>(<em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h, <\/em>\u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4) <em>relented<\/em> (<em>n\u00e2cham<\/em>, \u05d5\u05d9\u05e0\u05d7\u05dd) <em>over the <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2013\/07\/01\/fear-exodus-part-6\/#_evil\">evil<\/a><\/em> (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_ra\u02bd\">ra\u02bd<\/a><\/em>, \u05d4\u05e8\u05e2\u05d4 [H7451]) <em>that he had said he would do to his people<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Israel missed this eternal moment (as I&#8217;ve missed my own so often) because they treated it, not as a glorious insight and revelation to be savored but, as a problem to be solved.\u00a0 <em>How can we find wives for those who are left?<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 Why was that a problem?\u00a0 <em>The Israelites had taken an oath in Mizpah, saying, \u201cNot one of us will allow his daughter to marry a Benjaminite.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0 <em>\u201cAfter all, we took an oath in the Lord\u2019s name,\u201d<\/em> the victorious brotherhood admitted, <em>\u201cnot to give them our daughters as wives.\u201d \u00a0So they asked, \u201cWho from all the Israelite tribes did not assemble before the Lord at Mizpah?\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The victorious brotherhood\u2019s focus was not on eternal life, knowing <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/em>, but on justifying themselves before <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/em>: <em>This is what the Lord<\/em> (<em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h, <\/em>\u05d9\u05d4\u05d5\u05d4) <em>has commanded <\/em>[<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2012\/06\/04\/jephthah-and-moses\/#_Table39\">Table<\/a>]<em>: If a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath of binding obligation on himself, he must not break his word, but must do whatever he has promised <\/em>[<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2012\/08\/03\/davids-forgiveness-part-3\/#_Table29\">Table<\/a>].<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 They had made two <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Leviticus+5:4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">thoughtless oaths<\/a> at Mizpah: <em>They had made a solemn oath that whoever did not assemble before the Lord at Mizpah must certainly be executed<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 So from the beginning there was no real hope that the incident at Gibeah would be settled as a police matter: <em>The Benjaminites heard that the Israelites had gone up to Mizpah<\/em>,<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a> but apparently did not attend.<\/p>\n<p>And I, before I realized that I had the timing of events <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2015\/12\/02\/romans-part-66\/#_reversed\">reversed<\/a>, would have laid all that happened next on <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2012\/05\/31\/jephthah\/\">Jephthah<\/a>.\u00a0 I thought he was the brotherhood\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2012\/06\/04\/jephthah-and-moses\/\">inspiration<\/a>, a kind of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Butterfly_effect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">butterfly effect<\/a>, rather than someone overwhelmed by a massive wave of popular precedent.\u00a0 That popular precedent might have become, if not the image of knowing <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/em><em>, <\/em>the image and meaning of obeying Him, if not for the precious words appended to its retelling: <em>Each man did what he considered to be right<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><em> \u00a0<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Now it just so happened no one from Jabesh Gilead had come to the gathering. \u00a0When they took roll call, they noticed none of the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead were there<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 Jabesh Gilead was east of the Jordan River in the land that Phineas had insinuated might be <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Joshua+22:19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tainted<\/a>.\u00a0 I\u2019ve written <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2012\/06\/07\/jephthahs-religious-mind\/\">elsewhere<\/a> about the cost of acknowledging a thoughtless oath.\u00a0 But the victorious brotherhood had \u201cgood\u201d reason not to confess the thoughtless oath that \u201cjustified\u201d exterminating the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead, namely, their other thoughtless oath not to give their daughters as wives to the surviving Benjaminites (Judges 21:10, 11a NET):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>So the assembly sent 12,000 capable warriors against Jabesh Gilead.\u00a0 They commanded them, \u201cGo and kill with your swords the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead, including the women and little children <em>(<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_\u1e6daph\">\u1e6daph<\/a><em>, \u05d5\u05d4\u05d8\u05e3; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/lxx\/jdg\/21\/10\/t_bibles_232010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Septuagint<\/a>: the translators seem to have edited out the part about killing children)<\/em>. \u00a0Do this: exterminate every male, as well as every woman who has had sexual relations with a male.\u00a0 But spare the lives of any virgins.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>They found among the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead four hundred young girls <\/em>(<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_na\u02bd\u0103r\u00e2h\">na\u02bd\u0103r\u00e2h<\/a><\/em>, \u05e0\u05e2\u05e8\u05d4; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blueletterbible.org\/lxx\/jdg\/21\/12\/t_bibles_232012\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Septuagint<\/a>: <a href=\"http:\/\/mlat.uzh.ch\/MLS\/info_frame.php?tabelle=Biblia_cps0&amp;w=%CE%BD%CE%B5%CE%AC%CE%BD%CE%B9%CE%B4%CE%B1%CF%82&amp;tree=%3Cunknown%3E%20ADJ&amp;lang=0&amp;inframe=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u03bd\u03b5\u1f71\u03bd\u03b9\u03b4\u03b1\u03c2<\/a>) <em>who were virgins<\/em> (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/hebrew-dictionary\/#_beth\u00fbl\u00e2h\">b<sup>e<\/sup>th\u00fbl\u00e2h<\/a><\/em>, \u05d1\u05ea\u05d5\u05dc\u05d4; Septuagint: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.perseus.tufts.edu\/hopper\/morph?l=parqe%2Fnous&amp;la=greek&amp;prior=te\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03b8\u1f73\u03bd\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2<\/a>)\u2026<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 <em>The Benjaminites returned at that time, and the Israelites gave to them the women they had spared from Jabesh Gilead. \u00a0But there were not enough to go around<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So, <em>they commanded the Benjaminites, \u201cGo hide in the vineyards, and keep your eyes open.\u00a0 When you see the daughters of Shiloh coming out to dance in the celebration, jump out from the vineyards. \u00a0Each one of you, catch yourself a wife from among the daughters of Shiloh and then go home to the land of Benjamin<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 <em>The Benjaminites did as instructed. \u00a0They abducted two hundred of the dancing girls to be their wives<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 Then the brotherhood <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Judges+21:24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">disbanded<\/a>, after having become as great a menace (to more women) as the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2015\/11\/29\/romans-part-65\/\">children of Belial<\/a><\/em> they exterminated.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere is <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">no one<\/a> righteous, not even one<\/em>, Paul gathered the <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+14:2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">judgments<\/a> of <em>y<sup>e<\/sup>h\u00f4v\u00e2h<\/em> on the wicked and unbelieving scattered primarily throughout the Psalms of David (also Isaiah) and applied them to all, \u201c<em>there is no one who understands, there is no one who seeks God.\u00a0 All have turned away, together they have become worthless; there is no one who shows kindness, <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+14:3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">not even one<\/a><\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTheir throats are open graves, they deceive with their <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+5:9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tongues<\/a><\/em> (See Septuagint comparison below), <em>the poison of asps is under their <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+140:3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lips<\/a>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTheir mouths are full of <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+10:7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cursing<\/a> and bitterness.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTheir feet are swift to shed blood, ruin and misery are in their <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Isaiah+59:7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paths<\/a>, and the way of <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Isaiah+59:8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">peace<\/a> they have not known<\/em> (See Septuagint comparison below).\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere is no <a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/Psalms+36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fear<\/a> of God before their eyes.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>How can I <em>rejoice<\/em> (\u03c7\u03b1\u1f77\u03c1\u03bf\u03bd\u03c4\u03b5\u03c2, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u03c7\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03c9\">\u03c7\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03c9<\/a>) <em>in hope<\/em> here?\u00a0 And I don\u2019t mean simply in the face of ancient history.\u00a0 For all our laws, all our police and all our courts, our \u201cjustice\u201d is ultimately as puerile as theirs was.\u00a0 It seems more like a time to <em>endure <\/em>(\u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u1f73\u03bd\u03bf\u03bd\u03c4\u03b5\u03c2, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9\">\u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9<\/a>) <em>in suffering<\/em> than to <em>rejoice in hope<\/em>, but that is my point.<\/p>\n<p>The same love which <em>endures <\/em>(\u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u1f73\u03bd\u03b5\u03b9, another form of \u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9) <em>all things<\/em>,<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a> <em>does not rejoice<\/em> (\u03c7\u03b1\u1f77\u03c1\u03b5\u03b9, another form of \u03c7\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03c9) <em>in iniquity<\/em> (\u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u1f77\u1fb3, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1\">\u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1<\/a>), <em>but rejoices<\/em> (\u03c3\u03c5\u03b3\u03c7\u03b1\u1f77\u03c1\u03b5\u03b9, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u03c3\u03c5\u03b3\u03c7\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03c9\">\u03c3\u03c5\u03b3\u03c7\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03c9<\/a>) <em>in the truth <\/em>(\u1f00\u03bb\u03b7\u03b8\u03b5\u1f77\u1fb3, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u1f00\u03bb\u03ae\u03b8\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1\">\u1f00\u03bb\u03ae\u03b8\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1<\/a>);<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a> love is the true justice which <em>does no wrong to a neighbor <\/em>in the first place; it is <em>the fulfillment of the law<\/em>,<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a> rather than some vain effort to stuff the toothpaste back in the tube after <em><a href=\"https:\/\/net.bible.org\/#!bible\/1+Corinthians+13:6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">injustice<\/a><\/em> (\u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u1f77\u1fb3, a form of \u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1) has prevailed.\u00a0 And this love <em><a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2014\/03\/16\/romans-part-51\/\">without hypocrisy<\/a><\/em>, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Romans+12%3A9&amp;version=YLT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The love unfeigned<\/a><\/em>, is what I think Paul continued to describe: <em>Rejoice in hope <\/em>(\u1f10\u03bb\u03c0\u1f77\u03b4\u03b9, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u1f10\u03bb\u03c0\u03af\u03c2\">\u1f10\u03bb\u03c0\u03af\u03c2<\/a>)<em>, endure <\/em>(\u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u1f73\u03bd\u03bf\u03bd\u03c4\u03b5\u03c2, a form of \u1f51\u03c0\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9) <em>in suffering<\/em> (\u03b8\u03bb\u1f77\u03c8\u03b5\u03b9, a form of <a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/greek-concordance\/#_\u03b8\u03bb\u03af\u03c8\u03b9\u03c2\">\u03b8\u03bb\u03af\u03c8\u03b9\u03c2<\/a>)<em>, persist in prayer<\/em>.<a href=\"https:\/\/intelligent-torvalds.74-208-171-134.plesk.page\/2016\/01\/10\/romans-part-68\/#_ftn23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a id=\"_joy\"><\/a><em>Now may the God of (\u1f00\u03bb\u1f75\u03b8\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1) that overcomes the injustice (\u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u1f77\u1fb3, a form of \u1f00\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1) that masquerades as reality.\u00a0 <em>Set them apart in the truth <\/em>(\u1f00\u03bb\u03b7\u03b8\u03b5\u1f77\u1fb3, a form of \u1f00\u03bb\u03ae\u03b8\u03b5\u03b9\u03b1), Jesus prayed to his Father, <em>your word is truth<\/em>
